Ray Krone testifies in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee, February 4, 2009, in favor of Senate Bill 236 to abolish the death penalty. Ray was the 100th person exonerated from death row.

  • In psychology class I'm learning about people's perception and most of the time perception is not the same for those who witness a crime. Most of the time it is unreliable, I'm writing a paper on The Death Penalty and glad that innocent people can share their experience such as Ray. I was there in this room and listened to all opposing testimony. I was there supporting the MTACO and my sister.

  • i did a report on this guy for my law and evidence class. with the 2nd trial, in my opinion, the jury is mostly to blame. rays guilt was not proven beyond reasonable doubt. when the jury deliberates, they have to say to themselves is this crime proven beyond reasonable doubt? chances are they thought what side has the better case
