I've got a rack of baby backs and 2 2pound bacon wrapped loins on the smoker...when I finish this beer they'll be ready. They smell mmmmmmmguuuuuuud!

Also I have this same grill and you dont have to put the cover on the ground the silver metal going around the grill is the grill cover holder not sure if this guy knows that .

Amazing recipe! Not a fan of the cayenne pepper, maybe I used too much or too much of the rub but it was really hot. We will probably leave it out next time but it is still an awesome recipe.

I made this and it was awesome! Really easy took about an hour and a half for a 1.4lb and 1.6lb tenderloin.

Indirect heat simply means NOT directly over the coals. At the bottom of his BBQ, only HALF has coals in it.
So you have DIRECT heat over the coals, and off to the side you have INDIRECT heat.
"Slow and Low' is the key with almost all BBQ.
