Pork Tenderloin is butter tender and real tasty when using fresh made pork rub and then smoke grilling it over a medium hot fire with bacon drippings . Now that's some good eating right there. And it's real easy to do as shown by one of the BBQ Pit Boys.

  • Indirect heat simply means NOT directly over the coals. At the bottom of his BBQ, only HALF has coals in it.

So you have DIRECT heat over the coals, and off to the side you have INDIRECT heat.

"Slow and Low' is the key with almost all BBQ.

  • you guys are the best. you've become my go-to for recipes and technique for my smoker.

  • Also I have this same grill and you dont have to put the cover on the ground the silver metal going around the grill is the grill cover holder not sure if this guy knows that .

  • Amazing recipe! Not a fan of the cayenne pepper, maybe I used too much or too much of the rub but it was really hot. We will probably leave it out next time but it is still an awesome recipe.
