your motherboard/logic board/etc has grounded out. Flip it over and remove the screws from the bottom right panel, you'll notice the plastic clips that hold the motherboard off from the base have probably dried up/cracked and allowed your pcb to ground out. Happened to me too and it took the IO daughter board out as well. ~$200 fix for anyone experiencing this problem
