Instructional Video Series From www.thearthriticknee.info
Starting off with the most basic exercise, this is the Static Quadriceps Contraction. A useful exercise for when the knee is aggravated and other exercises are too painful.
The Static Quads is also one of the first knee exercises done after most types of knee surgery.

  • Informative video! I am having the problem of my knees not tolerating just about any of the other exercises. I have decided to do just five reps of only one or two exercises every three days; however, your recommendation that this exercise is good for this kind of situation seems really great. I think this may be how I start out this round of home therapy, because I have tried to start many times, and the exercises always hurt my knees.

  • We have treated more than 600 cases of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in past 7-8 years without any surgery with great success .Only with braces and PEMF bed and it only cost about 1/5 th of surgery .
