Young kids don't have the attention span to watch these cartoons anymore.

I love Ivan's reaction at 7:12; he gives that "What, I didn't do anything" look so well.

I loved this short of Peter and the Wolf, which is how I learned about the story, it's characters and instruments of the orchestra. The music in the beginning of this short sounds eerie, even after all these years, and wondered why it begins with eerie music. The wolf @ 2:45 used to scare me and every time I got scared, my mother or sister would hold my hand and assure me he can't get me through the screen.

@Redandblackfennec - I know what you mean; as I watched this as a child, I had to remind myself Sasha wrote WOLF in Russian which is why Sterling Holloway (the Narrator and voice of Winnie The Pooh) spelt it in English. It seemed like Disney wanted viewers to learn Russian in some way.

"Bonk" is actually what wolf looks like in russian...it's pronounced "volk" the n is actually an "L" in russian

The part when the wolf growled at 2:45 scared me when I was a child.

Sasha: *spells "Bonk"
Guy telling the story: "W.O.L.F!"
Me: "waaahhh??"
So much nostalgia.
