Je suis vraiment heureuse de visionner une fois de plus l'une de tes vidéos, d'autant plus que ça fait un bon bout de temps qu'on ne te voyais plus (pour raisons que l'on comprend : le travail !). L'une de mes vidéos favorites est aussi celle des brioches aux pépites de chocolat ! ;) Bonne continuation Sousou ! :)

Looks delicious and what an awesome shine you got with egg and milk!! The dough seems to be about the same as in Finnish buns but we add there a pinch of grounded cardamom:)
