@pnbsiva when u're using a c-arm fluoroscopy you can reduce the use of local anesthetics :) , well I want to thank you for this video, I used it for a class (manage of pain) at my school I´m from México , thank you :)

well done, but why you did not use a c- arm fluoroscopy equipment, I think that it is better than ultrasound

@chicagodude546 Although we cannot identify anatomical abnormalities like the abnormal course of the left vertebral artery with fluoroscopy, we can identify them at a bedside with ultrasound-guidance.

We can also evaluate the local anesthetic spread to the level of T1 by scaning cephalad and caudad. The real-time evaluation of local anesthetic spread can allow us to obviate the complications caused by stellate ganglion block. Therefore, I think ultrasound-guided nerve blocks may supersede fluoroscopy-guided blocks.

Very nice and pedagogic video. I like it so much
I use the same technique for my patients in chronic pain. My name is Andre Ceccoli from France, maybe we can share information together ?
Sincerely
Andre Ceccoli

Dear Andre
To tell the truth, I met you at the 5th annual meeting of ISURA 2008. I had no chance to talk with you.
I am willing to share information with you.
