BUT, be carefull loosing Weghit so fast is not that good because your apperance will be not goood , but really your body now is wounderful GO AHEAD ,

@FedUpWFat Thank you! I have been following Weight Watchers and working out at least 3-4 times a week... although for the past 2 weeks we have been working out every day! I still can't get over how much my body has changed!
