  • It's simply a 3D object painted so that from the front it looks like flat but in perspective. When you move round it, it looks as though it's still flat but moving. Look at it from the side, at the end of the clip, and it all becomes clear.

  • That's why you need to record it with a stereoscopic camera, dude.

  • It's like the stuff they have at soccer fields and tennis courts (and probably other things) that are really flat, but from the tv cameras look like they're popping out of the ground... until someone runs over them.

  • That's really cool. If you stare and focus at the floor tiles then the illusion becomes apparent.
