They're going to have to change the name of the show again.

The prolific Duggar family, stars of the TLC show "18 Kids and Counting," are adding another child to their already overwhelming brood.

"We are thrilled to announce that we found out we're expecting our 19th child," mom Michelle Duggar told the "Today" show Tuesday morning.

The 42-year-old Arkansas mom - who has been pregnant for an inconceivable 12 years of her life - was surprised to find out she was expecting again just eight months after giving birth to baby number 18.

She grew suspicious when she had trouble breast feeding and failed to lose baby weight despite following Weight Watchers.

Michelle and her husband, Jim Bob, will actually be grandparents for the first time before their 19th kid is born.

Their oldest son and his wife are also expecting. Will it be strange to have a grandchild older than her own baby?

Not for Michelle Duggar.

"My sister and my mother were having babies at the same time, so I have nieces and nephews older than me," the mom said.

"It was a great time because we really have close relationships with my nieces and nephews."

The family's reality show, originally titled "17 Kids and Counting," chronicles the conservative Baptists as they raise and homeschool their offspring.

The Duggars have said they didn't set out to have such a massive family and even briefly used birth control.

But they decided after having a miscarriage that they wanted to leave the number of children they have up to God.

I will admit 20 is too many, 16 was too many, but now that i now about the story and whatnot, i kinda feel that these ppl are just trying to do the best they can for their kids. Now why some of the older ones aren't off at college i'll never know but i guess they do what they can to keep everyone under control. as for the miscarriage, i do think it was something that was age-related, i mean lets face it, michelle duggar is a grandma, she can't be keeping up with Anna in the baby making dept.

yeah it s great cept they cant afford it and now she is having #20 at age 45 which means its very possible it wont be healthy as she is getting to old.

@cosnowmomma Hey there. You know why they pick @ the Duggars? It is because darkness HATES the light. Think about it. G-D is a creator and made His creation able to reproduce. Satan HATES creation & so, you see not only the homosexual issues in society, but abortion & people who refuse to have enough children to sustain their own society! Look @ the West: some countries in Europe have a negative birthrate. Social structure must have kids to be sustained. GO DUGGARS, BATES, & WILSONS !!!

Um... To those who say there is nothing wrong with having loads of kids.. Aside from the obvious health implications. (Even a good dog or cat breeder knows it is not healthy to produce litter after litter after litter). Have these people never heard of overpopulation? Scarce resources? Back in the good old days, half or more of the kids died from diseases like tuberculosis. Family farms that were labor intensive. These guys are breeding soldiers for the end times. Delusional at best.
