Part 1 of 2 part video- The steps I take to produce a high torque propeller capable of creating 550Lbs Force. Prop is pinning at 2750rpm max off a belt reduction which has the engine at 8200rpm.
The Prop is carved from a #1 White Cedar and then Carbon Fiber / fiberglass are epoxied on to get superior strength and longevity. (See my Elmers Polyurethane Glue plug @ 1.55)

  • @hzm32 unfortunately I don't have any building of a lift prop, maybe I will do one this winter.
