We're going to need a bigger boat

But I when I got back in my kayak, all I could think was, " This ain't Sea World, This's as real as it gets, I'm on a boat motha fucka don't you ever forget."

I once jumped off my kayak at a small pod of bottlenose dolphins swimming over a shallow sandbar. I realized my mistake too soon when I saw that it was a group of young dolphins, and while I was still in the air, I saw the larger dolphin with them veer off and head towards where I was going to land. Ass soon as I hit the water I freaked out and got back into my kayak as fast as I could, so I guess the bigger dolphin just veered off when it realized I wasn't a threat.

they could have also been fighting over a female

weer the fish around bc dolphines get very terratorial and that might have been the cause of this
-
thats not too uncommon. im around dolphins alot and they tend to rough house with each other, not too concerned with whats going around them, but they are very quick at reacting.

Scary. I've been in the water with wild, aggressive Bottlenose dolphins. Lucky the dolphin didn't tip you. That's upto 750kg of pure muscle and sharp teeth.

OMG, that would have scared the crap out of me if I was kayaking and that happened!
I wasn't sure if it was going to jump over me, ram me, or attempt to dive under me. Water depth was only about 3'-2'
