Did Jesus Die on the cross? Part 1; BBC Documentary

Ahmadiyya Muslims believe that Jesus (Peace be upon him)was a Prophet of God who came to revive the true spirit of Judaism. He was Prophet for the Israelites. All prophets of God were human beings and all human beings die and then never come back. Jesus was no exception. He was put on the cross but he didn't die of his injuries and he migrated towards the East later on. He passed away in Kashmir, India. This documentary supports the Ahmadiyya point of view on the issue.

Whether Jesus died on a cross tree or in a stone cave is not the issue, the import his gospel was to demonstrate love, the fulfillment of the prophets and the law. Matthew 7:12 & 1 corinthians 13:13

@selasielove Jesus (peace be on him) was a true prophet of God who came for the guidance of those Jews of his time whose hearts had become hard like stones. They had completely misunderstood the essence of Mosaic teachings of tooth for a tooth and eye for an eye. They had completely forgotten why those teachings were revealed to Moses to defend the persecution he and his followers received from the enemies. Jesus came to completely change the attitude of such Jews. He was last Israelite prophet!

who the hell would trust the bbc and what the media says about Jesus anyway.back when Jesus was alive most of the higher powers were making him seem like a bad person and trying to kill him, and that's still happening now lol.the bbc is mainstream media controlled by the higher ups,which sends out false truths

in fact why don't you learn hebrew and read the original bible in that language then you will know that the bible is not contradictory and is one of the most reliable sources of information

@BeowulfCav your right.muslims,atheist and a lot of people in this world think the bibile is unreliable because they read one or two things and take it out of context.muslims don't believe JESUS is the son of God because God is not human and cannot breed.but who are we as his creation to judge his true power and say what he can and cannot do.the original bible in hebrew is different from the translated version in english.a lot of people commenting are confused and have not read the bible fully

@chestveeg In a way you have a point, arguing about certain things will lead nowhere with some people. But, if you study the bible and take to account the real definition of key words and think outside the box you can see how the Bible really does make sense and doesn't contradict itself at all. One key thing you would have to put faith in however, is the idea of the authors of the Bible being divinely inspired. The authors although human were guided by god and therefore the Bible is infallible.

@nicktesla45 glad to see know someone has got it boiled down, but what does that have to do with the price of tea in China? speaking of ETs a scientist ( the Japanese guy) said " what if ET wasn't just a few hundred years more advanced that us but a million". Anyway the Bible is NOT a Realiable source of Information Because it's full of Self-Contradictions !! It even states that God Creates EVIL and if God is evil then why the fuck should we Trust him ??
