Thats a quite modest assessment made by Hillary regarding the Bush Admins terrorist preparedness. Nothing wrong with what she says. Especially when Reps are still blaming Clinton for 911. Also Oil prices, Housing bubble, Financial crisis, drought in China, and the Cardinals losing the Super Bowl......
