When I do my dumbells, my wrist on my left arm tends to hurt. What am I doing wrong there? Or do I just have a week wrist seeing as I don't have that problem with my right.

@7dayfitness nope, i keep them striaght. i use 12.5kgs (im only 14 and i have a really fast metabolism) does it mean i have to build muscle in my wrists?

@tigerstyle94 One set a day is fine. You dont want to overtrain but if you are using heavy weight than twice a week will suffice. Good Luck
