Meat Cake

What you know about meat cake?
Garlic mashed potatoes with green onions and crispy bacon bits at the core. Oh yeah, we put Bacardi 151 in the mash. Floating in those delicious smashed potaters we got some chicken cordon bleu, that's ham and cheese stuffed into chicken and then deep fried. Black forest ham and cheese surrounds the taters, with bacon surrounding the ham. Thick layer of ground beef impregnated with green peppers, jalapenos and more crispy bacon bits. Wrap all that up in an outer bacon shell then drown it in some barbecue sauce mixed with Sailor Jerry's rum. Onion rings raining down on that beast. Final sauce drizzle. Then we lit a candle on it. Make a wish.
