A 22b dragline playing around at a show. For those of you who think we were talking about this operator- We were talking about someone else, not him

  • What is your buddy miningpower saying the operator shouldn't be doing? I have a LS-90 link-belt and no experience, don't want to hurt it. I have a clam'and am going to get a drag bucket. Love your vids, and Justins. Check mine out.

  • Lol someone told him once never to dig side track and if he sees someone digging side track to go tell the operator to stop digging side track so he was making fun of them

  • Great Video. Which show was this?

  • Easy diggin in NJ

  • folks that are saying he is a bad operator

get your ass in there and lets see how much better you can do you just look and make a comment you have no idea what it is like to operate a machine like that and great operator nice going

  • Is the operator of this Drag nick named COWBOY because he knows how to jerk things around. I ran Manitowoc 4600 Vicon and Manitowoc 3900 Speed Crane and if I jacked it that bad I woulda been lookin for another job FAST... I'm guessing it was some young kid showin his buddy's how he's a Dragline operator

  • Great video brings back memories from the 1970s and 1980s when I ran a 22B dragline. We now use long stick back hoes. There are still quite a few 22Bs around here, mostly used very little for chanel dredging there glory days behind them. Kind of a dying art to operate one set up for drag bucket these days. Phil

  • Nice video and good operator, I love seeing the old cable machines. Oh btw Miningpower has no idea what he's talking about, he's obviously not an operator. lol

  • @1bad55chev It's a good idea to dig over the drive sprockets whenever possible, but there are situations where you would put more wear on the tracks trying to keep them in line with the digging than digging sideways. Cleaning drainage ditches is a good example. You walk along the side of it digging over the side of the tracks. If you tried to turn 90 degrees every setting you'd never get anything done. Though with a clam it doesn't matter. Looking forward to seeing more LS-90 vids.

  • Makes sense to me, I'll try to never dig side track.

  • This guy is gettin' some good bucket-fulls in. I think he's doing a awesome job. Great post!!!

  • It's very old excavator,It's old vesion excavator" >]
