@Rexeljet: Well, if it helps, the 3D gameplay that was in Sonic Jam was more or less the template for Sonic Adventure. I enjoyed Sonic Adventure for the most part, but I still would have liked to have played Sonic X-Treme.

@Loader2K1 I'd love the idea of a fully-fledged Sonic game on the Saturn, but I'd have rather had one that played like Sonic Adventure. This looks OK but I don't really get the feeling that it's a Sonic game, which is also how I feel about Sonic Robo Blast 2.

In my humble opinion, I think Sega shot themselves in the foot by not following through with this game. It may not have been able to outdo Super Mario 64, but it probably would have been a fun experience for us Saturn owners. From the looks of this demo, I think the developers were on the right track. I also like the music in this demo.
