One of my favorite drills for working on ducking, mobility, working on the inside, and counter-punching. For more insight check out my blog at http://precisionstriking.wordpress.com/

  • Great foot work and agility. Thanks for the lesson. Your coach must have been a great man as we can see his teaching manifest in your skills. Respect is due to the new school and to the old school!

  • @jasma98 thank you!

  • I am totally loving the bald....but the shorts and shirt.......gotta go....try lycra shorts with numerals on the thight and snug moisture wicking t-shirt will increase your ratings....... you're cute.

  • @paintur68 I was so hoping you were a chick!

  • pardon my ignorance...but is this ducking motion used to dodge a particular type of punch or is it used to move into different angles to attack your opponent from??? love the drill btw...thank you in advance.

  • @chingon711 the ducking itself is to duck a punch, and the stepping off is to create angles and move to safety. You don't always have to wait for a punch to duck, you can pre-emptively duck to throw off your opponent, keep him guessing where your head is going to be.

  • That's a really amazing drill.. thanks for sharing it

  • Excellent drill. Thanks so much. Great movement also. It's definitely a great drill "as-is" but you gave me an idea of adding another line or two cutting across the others to allow more angles, etc. That may be more trouble than it's worth though. Probably better just to stick with the two lines...

  • wow.. great, JUST GREAT... thank u so much

  • @chingon711 used for both :)

  • i like it sweet

  • Good stuff. I'm subscribed

  • you're keeping your jaw closed up tight and breathing out with every punch - that's why "sshhh" sound are coming out

  • why everytime you punch you say ssshhh?
