  • Nope, this caramel isn't going to harden much when it cools. It doesn't get that hot. You may want to look for something that's more candy-like (?). Definitely get some sour cream for this, though. It's the key. Good luck!

  • i dont have any sour cream on hand..think i can just regular milk? and is this the kind of caramel that slightly hardens when it cools? thats the kind im lookin for.
