  • Wow, a creature that is well adapted to it's enviroment didn't change over time? Of course! This of course disproves that creatures adapt to thier enviroment. Flawless work. Although I am obviously being sarastic, and anyone with a basic education in biology would be able to debunk your ignorance.

  • @PaulinaPaulino Great, now im blushing :p

  • @Sweddude TO ALL PEOPLE. This is what a graceful, intelligent man's response looks like.

I have nothing but respect for a person that will admit a misunderstanding and stand up and take credit for it.

    =curtsies to @Sweddude=

  • @PaulinaPaulino Seems like we had a bit of a missunderstanding then.

And yes, the oldest accepted shark wich would be Cladoselache.

I missunderstood your statements that sharks had not evolved over the years wich clearly isnt what you ment and i appologise.

  • @Sweddude Ah: and there you go. I never said "sharks have always looked the same". What I said was "sharks have remained unchanged". Evolutionary speaking, those are 2 quite different things.

"The oldest generally accepted shark scales are from about 420 million years ago, in the Silurian period. The majority of modern sharks can be traced back to around 100 million years ago."

That's different that saying "6000 years ago, god went poof".

There you go. Now go argue with the scientists.

  • @PaulinaPaulino Ok then, you claim that sharks have allways looked the same for millions of years?

Look at Cladoselache, Xenacanthida, Hybodontiformes, megaladon and then compare them to the great white shark, the mako shark, the whale shark, blue shark, the guitarfish or maybe the hammerhead.

Still dont think that sharks have changed over the years?

  • @Sweddude I have no problem at all debating people. I do not, however, debate ignorant fools.

  • @PaulinaPaulino Im not the one who states something that is completley wrong.

  • @Sweddude Try and get your science information from something other than a McDonald Happy Meal Box

  • @PaulinaPaulino Not to mention that the statement of sharrks not having changed over millions of years is utterly false.
