  • Hey gregarganda,

I really love your review. This movie has meant more to me the more I think about it. It's now crashed my top 20 movies at number 1, no joke.

It's enormously profound and offers constant rewards on repeated viewings. I saw 3 times at cinema and am going to get the DVD.

I just wish it got a bigger audience--oh well.

    I'll adore it forever

  • @ilovepanslabyrinth The movies the Coens make that don't get huge viewings always seem to be amazing, this movie and The Man Who Wasn't There are incredible films, if you have not already checked that movie out, do yourself a favor and go rent it.

  • Great review as always... saw it last weekend and fuckin loved it. One of my favorite of the year probably...

  • @Mistermarvelous17, I am glad you liked it so much, it's a great movie! Thanks for the comment man, much love.

  • I own the man who wasn't there

Something a critic picked up that I didn't, is that Billy Bob thronton is an alien.

That explains the barber who doesn't talk and not wanting to have sex with the girl (S. Johansson) he lives in a picturesque perfect place

''I guess you could say I had it made''

And when the space ship comes, he gives it a knowing nod because he knows he's gonna be electrocuted but they are no match for his infinite DNA. He is now gonna go home

  • Close captioning for this video is HILARIOUS!

  • Same to you brother!
