  • what temperature was your oil?

  • @9aspengold5

A little too hot, should be around 360F

    Thanks Marcia!

  • Please, open a restaurant, just a tiny little place, in my neighborhood. Or, better yet, the neighborhood of your choice.

Now, I wish to add my name to your dinner reservations. Table for three at 7 pm. any evening.

(Seriously, I understand running a restaurant is a fine example of hell on Earth, so just keep doing what you're doing right at home. Wouldn't want to put you through the punishment of the food business. You deserve better.)

Always fun to watch your videos.

  • @therockforever2 Lumpia are originally filipino, so those are the regular ones.

  • @TheCheffEddie

For this video I used a MacBook and recorded with the built in webcam to record.

I used the MacBook software.... iMovie to edit and I did not use any dubbing except to add the music.

  • Hi,

I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?

So many questions and so little time.

I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?

    Eddie

  • @freitasex theres no regular lumpia theres only this one and filipino lumpia in your vids
