Lots of unanswered questions here that I may be able to help with.

Song title is "When God is So Near" and the taping was done early 2001. Danny Gaither passed on Apr. 6, 2001. Taped at the Indiana Roof Ballroom and this song is on the "Freedom Band" video. Vocalists are l. to r.--Ladye Love Smith, Reggie Smith and Amy Rouse.

O death where art thou sting? HA! you know i had such an unexpected long day at work and i watched this video and i have been lifted up! I feel like i could fly! Thankyou Jesus! I can't wait to get to heaven to see all of you! so we can sing and praise Jesus together! Look at everyone so sad and so Happy at the same time! LOL only Christians know this kind of peace and happiness.

I had the privilege of seeing the original Bill Gaither Trio at the Shrine Auditiorium in 1974, and what an AMAZING time of worship and praise it was!!!
