    Russian tech,

it is often being ridiculed for no reason,

lot of other nations can learn a thing or two from russian engineering,

yes, they dont try to make things as user friendly and pretty all the time,

but their devices are sturdy and reliable, and i wouldn't ask for more,

its a rocket not an apple product,

it its strong and reliable, ill take it.

    "... to our ISS..."

Just remember WHO started creating the Orbital Space Stations since "Salut-1" in 1971 until "Mir" in 1986... ISS would never exist without this experience.

Sez the guy who thinks nothing of climbing into a gasoline powered pickup truck and navigating the carnage on America's highways.

    Soyuz is cheaper and safer.

What's not to like about that?

    American engineer:

Spending milions of dollars, so that astronauts could reach the buttons.

    Russian engineer:

Buttons, buttons, buttons ... nah we'll just give them sticks!

    That is just GENIUS!

Talk about Russian tech, they always put a toy or figurine in the front panel, it tells them when they have reached orbit.

Pretty amazing that the Soyuz has been in service since 1966! When they designed this rocket system they sure built them to last and for being reliable. Amazing piece of engineering.
