The electronic music from circa 1990 - 1995 is still my favourite music of all time. Especially the stuff released by Warp.  Amazing.

I don't think good music has stopped these days, but the attitude towards music in the 90s was far more healthy; the experimental became mainstream, and you didn't have to go on a talent show to get famous, you could reasonably do so while maintaining artistic integrity. Good music hasn't stopped, it's just gone back underground.

We should form little squads to run into clubs and pretend we're super into this stuff. You run in, dance around a lot for a few minutes, and then bam, you're all out of there again, feeling great at another mission accomplished.

All the people in there will be like "Wow, they were really into this stuff. But then they had to go somewhere."
