UPDATE 9 26 !!! This boy was arrested for inciting and carrying a ski mask, plus a couple others-NOT ARRESTED FOR VANDALISM AS THE ARTICLE CLAIMS! His Mom has a YT channel, I am looking for it !! The individuals involved in the 9/24/2009 arrest which has appeared online are law enforcement officers from a multi-agency tactical response team assigned to the security operations for the G20.
It is not unusual for tactical team members to wear camouflaged fatigues. The type of fatigues the officers wear designates their unit affiliation. Prior to the arrest, the officers observed this subject vandalizing a local business. Due to the hostile nature of the crowd, officer safety and the safety of the person under arrest, the subject was immediately removed from the area.
So, yes, the video is real. However, it wasnt the military and the guy wasnt being kidnapped. Instead he was being arrested.
The group that marched made it well known that they were out to do property damage, banks starbucks, etc. About 2500 showed up for the march and were met by mass of police who were expecting 35,000 people. The anarchists were easily turned around and spread through the neighborhood of Bloomfield where the split off into even smaller groups."
ATF posted a long paragraph from a citizen of Pittsburgh explaining that these guys were involved in destruction of property just prior to the 2 arrests.
BUT I DONT CARE:
I see college students, and especially little tiny 90-pound girls, JUST LIKE MINE being slammed, confronted, threatened, peppered, gassed, ridiculed, and I see military on MY streets SOON. My family goes way, way back. And, as any normal Mom, even a mother bear, in my opinion, I will ABSOLUTELY FIGHT for my children. I hope these parents all yank their kids from this sellout crap NWO university ASAP. Thats it for the intel, and rant. I do have several paragraphs of info concerning this, but the conclusion is, I have to say, as I suspected. He was a leader, grabbed then displayed in the street as a warning !?

People are still debating the officer's origin- foreign, domestic, mil, non-mil, etc. ad infinitum. I get a feeling from looking at their pic, I see a slight difference in features that one gets from looking at very old pics or pics from far away but I have no proof.
