  • @waterkeeper03 personally I would rather buy a quality, multiple output headphone amp than an overpriced volume knob. reason being, you should balance the gain on your monitors to match the output on the Twin. putting a volume knob in between 2 volume knobs is stupid. the vol on the Twin all the way up, with the volume on the LP forcing it back down = distortion.

  • @ElAlexxis I keep seeing people with this problem. i haven't bought the impact twin, but i'm thinking about it. seems like the only flaw in the machine is the stupid muting headphone jack. I'm thinking it's either a ploy to steer you to purchase their "Level Pilot".. or the LP was in response to this screw up.. You could go that route, or it seems you could purchase a headphone amp and connect it to the second set of outputs on the back of the Twin and use it to separate your volume controls.

  • how can i "separate" the headphone volume from the monitors volume in the Impact Twin? so dont have to keep plugging and unplugging every time I need to record through mic and then listen in monitors.
