Well we had more than 15 inches of rain in the past month. We have only had a few days of sun. The weather has been in the 50's at nite and barely reaching 70 during the day. Nothing is growing, its only getting eaten.

  • Any WEED?

  • @kenzee5525 ????

  • Might have been cutworms, they chew the top right off things.. Or you had deer or something. Hope your garden is better next year!

  • Ground hog!!! Lol he even got in after i put up a fence. Ill get that bugger. The weather was extremly wet. All my tomatoes got blight lost all of them. I only harvested one pumpkin and no squash cause the ground hog ate the rest.

  • to the next. Last year you had the most amazing peppers I've ever seen!

BTW, I have a small section of beans that something is eating on too. They look EXACTLY like your's do except not as many are being eaten so overall I'm still in pretty good shape with them. I'd say about 20 stems got munched off last night. That was the first time it's happened this year. I haven't got a clue what did it either. I'm guessing rabbits. I'll let you know if I ever figure it out.

  • I've been missing your garden vids. I thought I was subbed with my cat channel but I guess not. Anyhow, all fixed now. Sorry you've been having so much rain. It started off that way here this year but it's been super dry for ages now and I'm sick and tired of watering. The upside is it's *possible* to have a decent garden in a drought. It's just a pain in the butt watering all the time. Nothing much you can do about too much rain though. It's amazing how things can change from one season, Cont.

  • Oh I'm sorry to hear this. My garden is in ruins too. I need to completely start over.

  • If I had to guess on the beans.....I would bet you have a couple of rabbits munching away!!!!! They love beans and will eat the whole plant!!!

  • beautifullady! That's awful. So sorry to see your predicament. I thought we had a lot of cloudy weather here this year! I think you've gotten less sun than we have. Stick with it. Something good might come yet. We feel your pain!

  • I have worms in my cabbage, be grateful yours look like they don't, I'm in VT and it's storming out as I type this, yucky yucky weather indeed.....My cucumbers are loving it though, I am going to post my first video soon of the garden, I am waiting on a SD card for my camcorder. Don't get down on the weather, it's not like we have much control over it. I replanted ALOT of stuff this spring.
