Lansing Ponderosa Encounter - Raw footage Police detaining and trying to illegally obtain ID's Pt 2

A simple open carry event was ruined when a force of 20 or so Lansing police show up and have no idea what to do. They blocked the entrance of the Ponderosa for what? To greet open carriers is what it looks like. Then it's followed by them trying to illegally obtain ID's and CPL's of open carriers. After a 15-20 minute detention with no purpose they let everyone leave. We've received information that the police illegal ran open carriers information through LIEN and took an online picture of open carriers to distribute as "persons of interest". Sounds like Obama administration at work.

@PJS50 ok whatever, if thats what you say. i really dont see a big conflict between us other than that you want to take away peoples OC rights and I dont. but as far as the report goes i dont really care about what crimes get recorded into some system, that doesnt affect me. i am a law abiding citizen and so are most of the OC community so... and that AK guy is just some dude on the internet, i really dont care about him at all

I NEVER said OCers would affect my CCW, but BECAUSE I HAVE a CCW I can OC in places where others without a CCW CANNOT OC! Get it? @PJS50 i'm not from the backwoods, i'm from the suburbs so your wrong. give me an example of how open carrying banned concealed carrying but stayed completely the same with open carry, that makes no sense. i dont need to only go where "you think it makes sense" i go where i'm allowed (pretty much everywhere). you may think its stupid but i think its fine, again its your opinion, you dont even give a reason why you think its stupid. yes there is no law protecting it,but theres an amendment

@PJS50 your wrong, he isnt a felon, if he was he couldnt own guns, and if hes an asshole thats just too damn bad, it doesnt matter. i dont know what your on but you make no sense at all. if i was a criminal i'd avoid armed citizens completely. the police are minutes away when seconds count. i'm not a lawyer and i certainly dont know OC laws very well, but i have a basic understanding, so if i'm wrong about something show me the law that says the opposite of what i've said.
