  • Nice! Keeping it simple and about developing into the run. Dont start with a roar..finish with one!

  • Superb tips! This guy is really keeping it simple, and easy to understand and follow.

  • Marathon dates back to the ancient Greece when a Greek man runs for miles only to inform the Greeks that the Persian invasion were repulsed in a battle known as the Battle of Marathon. unfortunately,i don't know the exact date it happened but i can recommend marathon athletes viewing this video complete marathon and half marathon training guides. plz contact me through ksatriakmal@yahoo.com if u r interested in marathon training.tq

  • I also use these warmups before attending a hardcore concert! Awesome stuff.

  • I like this guy. He makes running sound fun.

  • @cesagabi druggie kenyans ? why do you call them druggie ? LOL

  • LoL.....Rod is such a great guy. What he is saying is....keep it simple. Now days, so many tecnology and few guys can break 2'15 in the marathon (unless if you are one of the Epophians or druggie kenyans, then you can run 2'04/2'05 without showing fatigue) Rod is going back to basics and keeping simple, the way long distance running should be. Listen to this man and never forget that he runner 2'08 almost 30 years ago, drug free and keeping simple. Salute to you Rod!!! Looking good !!!
