This must be the Solid Gold clip, which I saw when it originally aired. My excuse is that I was 12 years old. What's the industry's? Spectacularly awful in every respect ... but you could rate it at least three stars for humor.

One (slightly) interesting bit of info: The bass player for this group played on every single Village People record. Coincidence?

The keyboard player is also an ex-Village People member.

suprising good - happened to obtain a promo copy of the lp a few years ago - thought it was the most ridiculous thing i had ever seen - put it on for a good laugh, but the joke was on me...

LOL. This rather made me laugh. I still love them, though.

Mike Toste, Alphonso Carey, Cy Sulak, Chuck Kentis, Jimmy Clark.... I never understood how good players separately could sound so bad together..... And Can't Give Up The Feeling was the best song in my ears.... Now after all that said, believe it or not, I still have the vinyl.
