i love zappa but could never understand why he decided to re-do all the bass and drums, i love all his albums apart from ruben and the jets - for that reason. only have a copy with the new bass and drums.

God damn Zappa has cool clothes on the cover of Lumpy Gravy. But the I really hate this 80' remix.

Cool- I never heard any of the 80s mix of "We're Only In It". The change in bass and drums make some small vocal parts easier to hear, but definitely presents a cleaner, yet less frantic atmosphere to the music. Great to hear.

it is lumpy gravy....its just not the original lumpy gravy, this album was re-released with different versions. This track is from that 2nd release.

This version It isn't from 'Lumpy Gravy', it's from 'Only in it from the money'. However, it's not the original version, it's the 80s remix which was originally released on a two-for-one cd along with 'Lumpy Gravy'.
