I cannot believe this - this is one of my favourite songs. And I love this rendition by Pankaj Mullick - I had no idea it was from a 1938 film!

Radios played the magic in those days that even with all the CD and DVDs today lack the entertainment. There is nothing like the pleasure one had listening to the famous songs at a time like Binaca Geet Mala and "Aap Hi Ke Geet" and, "Sada Bahar Geet" all of Radio Ceylon programs. Pankaj Mallick is just great old singer of our times..
