Hannah's parents have started a foundation in honor of their daughter. Their goal is to give financial aid to families of children fighting Cancer and help raise awareness in hopes of some day finding a cure.

What a beautiful little girl :'( I can't believe all the pain she has been through...she was a very brave little girl who had a beautiful smile on her face and the cutest little eyes. I don't even know this little girl, but I feel so bad for her and her family...I wish you guys all the best.
