Information about the steps required to be taken when setting up a food business
A copy of the relevant food hygiene legislation
A copy of the appropriate Irish Standard published by the National Standards Authority of Ireland

Current issue of fsainews
A list of useful websites, publications and contact telephone numbers.
The packs are in a loosely-bound format with the intention that food businesses can add information to the pack as their business progresses.
