The drug company, Eli Lilly, suppressed the evidence that Prozac caused suicidal thoughts/behavior, increased hostility and even psychosis. This was uncovered in 2005, nearly 8 years past Hutchence's suicide. Hutchence had been on Prozac since 1995, prescribed by Paula's psychiatrist.

The people pushing the story that his death resulted from auto-erotic asphyxiation were either knowingly or unknowingly helping the drug companies with their cover-ups.

@sanantoniolola actually that is prone to happen when you are taking it, when either your body is feeling better and your brain hasn't caught up or vice versa, where your brain is feeling better, but you are still to exhausted to do much of anything. If he had had a recent dosage change, it might have been going on but it was unlikely if he'd been on a stable dosage.

Don't think he'd want people fussing over him and his cause of death. Just enjoy the music like he did.
