Arlanda Express en route from Arlanda International Airport to Stockholm City Center

At just over 100 miles per hour, the Express passes vehicles on the adjacent highway as though they were traveling in reverse. The train takes about twenty minutes to transport travelers from the airport to Stockholm. A cup of coffee placed on the window ledge to allow me to make this brief video gave no hint of motion as we hurtled down the seamless steel rails, its liquid surface as placid as a mirror.
