If you are 16 years-old and want to transition, the important thing is to take medication which will stop your body from changing. You can take medication which will inhibit the production of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), commonly known as luteinizing hormone releasing hormone (LHRH). If I could have taken this when I was 11-years-old, imagine all the misery I would not have had to go through. All the surgeries I could have done without.

i do have a question, my mom and grandfather have a genetic blood condition that makes their blood clot much easier. One of the many side effects of HRT is that it clots blood quickly. There is no known test for this condition. They only knew they had it when something went wrong. What should i do, i mite have it, then again i mite not i don't know for sure.

I'm no expert, but modern hormones (eg: estradiol valerate injections) are much less risky when it comes to blood clotting. You might want to talk to a doctor to assess the risks and then try it.
