@hubbabubbas2 I also like my Nook Simple Touch because of the user interface. It's so much more neater and ,well like the name suggest, simpler than the Kindle. Also, the Nook is cheaper and you don't get advertisements, some people like the advertisements but I really hate them. Another thing is the expandable memory that the Kindle doesn't have. The only downside is that it doesn't have landscape mode but it's not something devastating that would make me not want my Nook anymore.

people are starting to ruin ereaders, there basically turning it in to a "knock-off" of the iPad.
Sure you can check your email and search the dictionary but i feel like with the kindle fire and nook tablet it would be hard to focus on reading. Anyways i would go nook i have one and LOVE IT

I go for NOOK (mostly because I have one and never used a KINDLE). It's not an e-reader if you can play games and go on the Internet. I want an e-reader to read. And not to play games. Or listen to an audio-book. I don't care what you say. The KINDLE is way to over hyped.
