  • I'm sorry honey! Whatever you do, don't think of the worst... Just keep busy. My husband is in Afghanistan now and our last day together still haunts me... People don't understand why we do it... They never will. Keep your head up. Your husband is a hero =]

  • I miss my soldier everyday! I love him and I miss him! Everything will be oka I keep telling myself. I had already flew back home before my husband had left for Afghanistan. For all the other wives that are going through the same thing....trust and believe that everything will be okay and they'll be home soon! I believe and pray it everyday...some may say it's false hope, but I know what I believe! God's got them safe!

  • My fiance, too, is deploying in Feb. & it's our 1st together. All i can think is that i want it to be over & for him to be home safe holding me in his arms. Then i remember he's doing the job he loves & was born to do. I am proud of him for making the sacrifices so many others won't even contemplate. No matter how hard it is to let him go, i WILL hold my head high because i belong to a Soldier. i am a Soldier's girl. But i'll always want, "Just one moment more." i love You Mike. Come home to me.

  • How will i get thru this? It is our first deployment. My fiance leaves in Feb. i already feel the need for "just one moment more." How will bear it when i have to watch him get on that plane...i want to be strong for him. i want him to be proud of me like i am of him but i don't know how to let him go properly.

  • Great video!!! This is my favorite couple of the show!!!

  • thank you, i needed that to make my day :) my hubby will be home in about 6 weeks. i havent seen him in 7 months

God bless you and your family and may your soldier come home safe and soon :)

  • Do ya'll have any children? Working 2 jobs really has to take a lot of time out and that's usually what keeps me busy. I'm an architect though so I can work whenever I want. Are ya'll married? It's natural that you will miss him and always worry about him. Just remember that they are trained well and he knows what he is doing. Your love is what's giving him faith to keep moving and better himself to come home to you. I'm sorry about the extended deployment, it's tough but you can do it.

  • Thank you! I try to keep my head up but it's hard when our scheduals are so different, and especially now that he's just informed me he's going to be there for 15 months instead of 12. He's extremely thrilled of his discovery of skype but I'm always working when he is online now that I have 2 jobs. What do you do to keep yourself busy and occupied? Seems like every free second I get from work I'm always thinking about him worrying and wonderingng.

  • aww i remember seeing this episode. i never thought itd ever happen to me. My man left for a year in iraq a few weeks ago. my first deployment and i'm still getting used to it. i'll never forget watching him walk away looking back at me one last time, and running to him for one last kiss and hug. i have one of his shirts that i sleep next to that still has a faint smell of him. i cannot wait for him to come home! imy baby! hooah hooah! be safe && stay strong!!

  • I miss my soldier....we are in our 3rd mobilization now....I love you SSG Keller!
