The night this happened i happened to be working EMS not fire and arrived prior to FD arrival with PD. Unfortunately, there wasnt much need for crowd control because most of the plain clothed persons were either police, EMS or firefighters who responded directly in. A valiant rescue effort was attempted by the fire crews who initially responded without success due to rapidly deteriorating fire conditions.
