As an Audio Engineer I must say "that audio made me cry."
A few tips for next time:
1) Get a microphone that doesn't suck.
2) DON'T record using your iPhone, Android or any other handheld device.
3) If you don't have a pop guard then don't talk directly into the mic. Place it in front of you on a stand and talk with the mic at an angle or talk above or below the mic with it pointed at your mouth. Then you won't sound like a pervert in a conference call. ;p
4) STOP recording it in the bathroom.
