  • i meant like acceleration off the blocks would be something to work on but it was just a guess idk, you are clearly a pretty advanced athlete

  • @inmymind801 yeah this is a video of my first testing day prior to any training with coach korfist, i'm guessing he uploaded it as an example for improvements to show his athletes. And yes I do have explosiveness, I was state champion in longjump at 23' 5" and All State in the 100m w/ 10.7

  • why? athleticism is athleticism. speed is speed. i dont get what youre saying

  • @inmymind801 you're saying you're a basketball player so you know more about sprinting...the relevance of you comparing sprinting with basketball are very small.

  • @mosdefali who told you that? plyometric ability is a dominant quality in a lot of top players. the vertical jump itself is half speed and half strength.

  • @inmymind801 lol basketball has little to do with speed

  • @inmymind801 reactive strength/ eccentric strength/ bounce or w.e u want to call it.

  • i am a basketball player, so i know more about jumping. That being said, it doesnt look like he is getting full toe off and his 'power' doesnt seem to be all there. He has nice 'bounce' and cycles his legs pretty quickly. I would guess he lacks the explosiveness but does have some reactive stretch.
