  • great video, love the trx and kettle bell combos, but when you do rows on the trx your whole body should be straight, not with knees bent. change the difficulty by changing angle, base of support etc. & straps should be extended more.

  • @smcko4 Thank you. In my classes for the past several years we perform whole body rows like you explained. This is just a variation that works well for people who are just beginning. It's not wrong, it's just different. That's the beauty of these cables, is there are endless possibilities, modifications, and variations. Which is the same for kettlebell drills. ;-)
