Please join a vigil in your area on Dec.15,2011 to celebrate the WFRH&B Act of 1971. Our wild horses are under attack by BLM. Their numbers are reduced --in many cases the herds are no longer genetically viable. Let's do more than remember Wild Horse Annie--let's embrace her mission again and save the mustangs.

@fishmarc Pets or Meat? Republicans AND Democrats overwhelmingly voted to turn the irreplaceable mustangs into meat. Politicians have lots in common where it really counts -- they all go to the highest bidder.

Do not let this woman's monumental fight be in vain. Fight to preserve the 1971 Wild Horse Act and the the wild horses. Stop the unnecessary and cruel BLM round ups of our nation's wild horses. Not many left in the wild.

People need to stand up like this woman did and save our wild horses and burros from the government and special interests of corporate cattle ranching, oil, natural gas and mining industries. Bush and now Obama have sold these animals and the American people out.
