  • AHA! Thanks for posting this one, have been trying to figure out how to do the Cmaj9 part for a few days now. Never thought of leaving the shape open like that, thanks!

  • HOW?????? So perfect....

I've been trying to get the first riff down now for about a year...

  • @TobyEllisSongwriter at least someone here knows john mayer

  • Very helpful, and made easy to understand for intermediate/advanced students. Thanks!

  • i'm going to learn that part at :42

it's definitely not impossible and its not difficult either. it's all a matter of memorizing it, and playing it faster.

just like playing snow by rhcp, it's not impossible, just fucking fast!

  • Sloppy but good

  • It's not john mayer... because hes not using his thumb. I.E at 00:17 mayer uses his thumb on the 3rd fret A string C note. A few of the chords are voiced differently by mayer, but a nice starting point version :)

  • Wow i did a cover of this song, and i have to say you play it amazingly well!

  • amazing tutorial man! thanks!

  • @pumukellll Agreed
