He does say "does your dog bite" in the chours because if you type in polris playing it live, they confrim it says that in the song and you can here him say "doggy" over and over again.

@prelude2elude He is really saying "does your dog bite" type in live verisons of mark (lead singer) singing it and he does comfirm that it does say "does your dog bite" because at one point he uses the word "doggy" for the chours.
