A quiet, green village in Crete, views from hotel Fereniki, the center, the beach, the unfinished church, appartments Nostalgie, bar Almiros, Andy's Rooms, Georgioupoli, Crete in 1990, pictures from our second holiday in Crete, see also 1989
fun to watch. i had the sommerholliday 94 in Georgioupolis, when it still was a little fishingvillage. In october I return together with me family. looking forward to visit it again! I hope the old places still there, like The Blue Boat at the beach and taverna Menouso? where we had a lot of fun :)
Thanks for posting - many happy memories from holidays in 88 and a few years later. Also enjoyed your other video from 1989. So many changes, sadly. Remember fondly George in Zorbas and Ilias (I think) in one of the bars in the square. The little bay was pretty but yes, the water was freezing! Fereniki was out of our price range but remember it. We stayed in a little apartment block overlooking the bridge, with yellow balcony rails - can't remember the name of it. Considering a return to wester
