bullshit ref call

ACC refs straight up suck. This is definitely in my top 3 of worst officiated games i've seen. Demarryius Thomas catches an out when georgia tech is running their hurry up and he runs out of bounds but the ref not only calls that forward progress was stopped but doesn't stop the clock to set the ball(after it being a first down). This is absolutely pathetic referreing.

The clock was supposed to stop after a first down to move the chains. The UNC-paid refs didn't even do that!!

The forward progress was clearly stopped inbounds. Ref did everything right
